To unlock the new Blue Mage content, you’ll need to complete the new Blue Mage quests. These can be started at Ul'dah - Steps of Thal (X:12.5 Y:13.0) by speaking to Martyn. You must be Blue Mage level 70, and you'll need to have completed the main scenario quest "Reflections in Crystal" and the job quest "A Future in Blue." Like all Blue Mage quests, these will require you to learn new spells and expand your Blue Mage arsenal!

Best way to unlock the new Blue Mage content in 6.45

While you should keep in mind that Blue Mage is very much casual content, the amount of Blue Mages will never be higher than when new content drops. We recommend jumping into Party Finder and looking for either established Blue Mage groups or finding your own. This is usually the best way to find new spells and level up your Blue Mage!
