With the launch of patch 6.1, Square Enix has introduced a new Unreal Trial in Final Fantasy XIV, Ultima's Bane. It will last the duration of patch 6.1 until it is replaced in patch 6.2. Ultima's Bane (Unreal) is a level 90 Trial that requires an item level of 560 or above and syncs the item level to 565. Eight players will have 60 minutes to complete this incredibly difficult Trial.

Ultima's Bane (Unreal) Fight Tips
Phase 1
Viscous Aetheroplasm debuff is applied to the main tank once every minute. The tank will die at five stacks, so it is important to swap places with the off-tank at four stacks.
Ultima will hit ranged players with lasers. Ensure you don't stack to mitigate damage.
Phase 2
Garuda is the first Primal that will appear. She will appear in random spots around the map and lay down a cone AoE attack. During this time, UItima will cast a knockback attack, so position yourself so that you're not knocked back into the fire surrounding the ring.
Garuda will then summon a ring on the outside of the arena. Move inside to avoid this, but then immediately move out to avoid the second Primal, Titan, jumping down to the center.
Phase 3
Around 80%, Garuda will be freed from Ultima and the Titan phase will begin. This will be marked by plumes appearing around the outside of the arena. Use the same mechanic as listed above, but pay attention, as it will sometimes be the opposite with the plumes appearing in the center first.
Tank purge is not a tank buster, but rather an AoE centered on Ultima. Ranged players should have no issue dodging this.
Phase 4
With the Titan phase over, the Ifrit phase will begin. There will be eruptions focused on two random players that will hit five times. The targeted players should try to keep these to a fairly tight area away from other players so as to keep the usable area as large as possible.
The next Ifrit attack will summon four large plumes on the outside of the arena followed by four plumes making a straight line in the center of the arena. This mechanic will repeat several times, so be mindful of positioning and stay moving.
Phase 5
Aetheric Boom will knock everyone back and spawn several tethered orbs. If these orbs make contact with one another, it will KO the party. To remove them, a player will need to run into them. However, this will trigger a large explosion with damage shared between all nearby players. The safest way to handle this is to have the tanks use defensive cooldowns and take the orbs alone. This mechanic will repeat several times with the tether getting progressively shorter.
At around 40% health remaining, Ultima will spawn Magitek Bits that must be destroyed as soon as possible. They will fire lasers at random players, which creates a telegraphed line attack. There will then be two impact markers near the center of the arena. Players will need to move to the edge to avoid the brunt of this attack.
The previous attack pattern repeats at 25% health remaining, but this time there will be four impact markers at the edge of the arena. So, the center will be the safest point now.
