How to get the Caduceus Minion in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker

A small, slithering friend.

In Final Fantasy XIV, Caduceus is the first boss in the first raid of A Realm Reborn. But in the game’s latest expansion, Endwalker, a tiny, cute version of the snake boss was added as a Minion for you to collect.

To get the Caduceus Minion, you’ll need to complete the Endwalker Main Scenario Quest up to level 87 and unlock the level 87 dungeon, Ktisis Hyperboreia. The Caduceus Minion is a rare drop from the final chest in the Dungeon.

Luckily, the dungeon is able to be run as either a Party Finder dungeon with other players, or as a Trust with NPCs. This means you can grind for the Minion solo without having to risk rolling against other players.

The Caduceus minion is not tradable, so there's no getting it from a friend or buying it off the Market Board like you can for some of the lower-level dungeon Minions. Instead, you’ll have to run the Ktisis Hyperboreia until it drops.

Once you’ve collected the Minion, you’re also rewarded with a little bit of additional lore about Caduceus and his creators, Hermes and Amon, in Elpis and Allagan, respectively.
