How to get the Tiny Troll Minion in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker

No more trolling!

The Tiny Troll is one of the adorable new minions added to Final Fantasy XIV in the latest expansion, Endwalker. A miniature version of the fearsome trolls that inhabit Labyrinthos, the Tiny Troll is highly sought after.

To get the Tiny Troll yourself, you’ll need to be level 89 and have a bit of luck. The Tiny Troll drops from the final chest in the level 89 dungeon, The Aitiascope. However, because it’s a rare drop, there’s no guarantee it’ll appear after a single run.

To unlock the Aitiascope, you’ll need to have completed the Main Story Quest (MSQ) up to level 89. You’ll also need to make sure you have a level 89 job to run the dungeon with.

Luckily, The Aitiascope can be run in a party with other players and a Trust. This means you can potentially take in a group of NPCs to clear the dungeon and not have to share the loot. The minion drops with either Scenario or Avatar NPCs, so there’s no worries about which characters you choose to run the dungeons.

Unfortunately, the Tiny Troll is not marketable and not sellable. This means no grabbing the minion on the Market Board instead of doing the grind. This is not the case with almost all of the other dungeon minions, making the Tiny Troll a bit more difficult to obtain.
