To unlock Eureka Orthos, you need to have first made sure to have cleared at least floor 50 in Palace of the Dead, and Heaven on High. This can take some time, so make sure you’ve completed it! Next head to Mor Dhona, and speak to Koh Rabntah at X: 21.8, Y: 8.1. You must be at least level 81 to take this challenge on.
