How to unlock the Aglaia raid in Final Fantasy XIV

Dive into the new 24-man raid content

The Aglaia raid is the newest 24-man Alliance Raid in Final Fantasy XIV. The first Alliance Raid of the Endwalker expansion pits you against the gods of the realm of Eorzea in a Clash of the Titans-like battle. So how do you unlock the Aglaia raid in Final Fantasy XIV?

The first step is to complete the The first five new Main Scenario Quests (MSQ) missions. The main story precedes the events of the Chronicles of a New Era quest line which brings you into the new Myths of the Realm raid series. These MSQ missions are quite long and include a dungeon, so put aside enough time for them.

Once you are done with the MSQ missions from the 6.1 patch, you will need to start the Chronicles of a New Era questline. To do this, head to Old Sharlayan and talk with the NPC called Fresh-Faced Student at X: 9.0, Y: 11.5. Once you’ve talked to them there are four quests you must complete to get access to the Aglaia raid, with the final unlocking the raid itself.

The majority of these quests are exposition and simple fetch quests, so don’t worry about them being too tasking. But, once you’ve completed them you’ll unlock the Agalia raid, and be able to go on 24-man Alliance Raid adventures with your friends.
