The clue is "Found between a Reboot Van, pirate camp, and a crashed battlebus." If you've been playing for a while, you no doubt remember that there's a battlebus crashed south of the umbrella area near Lazy Lagoon. There's still a pirate camp near that area as well, and a Reboot Van nearby.

Head into the jungle, and pretty much following the path directly through should run you right into Fortbyte 47.
