East of Snobby Shores is a mountain with a big structure built into it. This used to be the villain's lair way back during the movie/super hero themed season. Head on over to there.

The location is near the bottom floor of the structure. You'll find two platforms, a disco ball, and a Fortbyte here. You will need another player to go onto the second platform and dance on it while you dance on the other one to bring up the ball. Once it has gotten to the top, the Fortbyte should unlock!
