Fortnite OG 2 release date leaked, Snoop Dogg collab to launch same day

Fortnite fans are in for a big treat as leaks have revealed that the highly anticipated Fortnite OG 2 will be released on November 2, 2024. The update promises to take players back to Fortnite Chapter 2, one of the most beloved times in the game's history.

Adding to the excitement, the game is set to get a collaboration with Snoop Dogg on the same day. Well-known and respected leaker @HYPEX first dropped the information on X, followed by the also reputable @ShiinaBR. The tweet from HypeX states, "SNOOP DOGG x FORTNITE DROPS NOVEMBER 2".

Following the success of the last Fortnite OG event, which brought back the Chapter 1 map, theme, and other things to the game, the return of Chapter 2 is highly anticipated. Over on X, fans expressed their excitement, with one saying, "I think this was the best chapter. I can't wait," and others asking to bring back things like emotes and POIs (points of interest).

In addition to the Chapter 2 content, the collaboration with Snoop Dogg is likely going to bring new skins, emotes, and a unique in-game event. It was generally well received, with one person saying, "Ooohh, finally, this is the collaboration we all needed!" However, other fans were concerned, with one stating, "Isn’t he obsessed with COD though? He doesn’t even play Fortnite,", so let's see how things turn out.

While these leaks come from reliable sources, it's important to remember that nothing is confirmed by Epic Games, so don't take the anticipation surrounding November 2 as a guarantee. It's best to wait for the official word to come out before getting too excited.
