Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 introduces several new Olympian bosses that offer valuable Society Medallions as rewards when you challenge them. Therefore, here's a comprehensive guide to help you challenge an Olympian Boss at an Altar in Fortnite.
Where to find every Olympian Boss in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
There are four new Olympian bosses on the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 map, and here are their exact locations:
- Hades: The Underworld
- Cerberus: Grim Gate
- Zeus: Mount Olympus
- Ares: Brawler's Battleground
I've also marked their exact spawn locations in the above image for your convenience. Feel free to land at any of these locations. However, it's worth noting that you'll also find a bunch of other players at these POIs, so make sure to clear the area first before challenging an Olympian boss.

How to summon and beat an Olympian Boss at an Altar in Fortnite
Unlike Chapter 5 Season 1, bosses don't appear by default at their spawn locations. Instead, you will need to challenge them at an Altar, where you can further battle against them. To start off, head to any aforementioned areas and stand close to the tiny statue, as shown in the image below.
The final step is to press the interaction button to initiate the fight against an Olympian Boss. The attack patterns of each enemy are different, so make sure you are geared up with essential supplies like weapons, ammo, medics, and more to easily take them down.
After defeating the boss, you can collect the new Society Medallions from their body, which grants certain perks when you pick them up. However, it's important to note that these medallions still reveal your location on the map and don't recharge your shields in the latest update.
