Hunter And The Hunted Cheat Sheet

Here's a full cheat sheet for the challenges, credit to squatingdog. You can find more detailed information further down the page.

Hunter And The Hunted Guide

The challenges are fairly easily to complete, and you can always do them in Team Rumble if you feel like they might be difficult. You can also use Party Assist with any of these challenges which should help you complete the difficult ones.

Land at Frenzy Farm, Slurpy Swamp, and Sweaty Sands (3)

Nothing much to this challenge, just land at each of the areas.

Harvest 500 wood, 400 stone, and 300 metal (3)

Wood is very easy to come by, but stone and metal might be a bit more difficult. Metal can be obtained pretty easily from Risky Reels which is west of Frenzy Farm. There's a bunch of different cars you can hack away at to gather it up. For stone, there's not the greatest of spots to choose from but there's this area that is northeast of Lazy Lake.

If you go south along the river there's also another batch of boulders. The Coral Cove landmark which is on the islands to the northwest portion of the map is also a solid spot. Wood can be easily gotten from all over the place, but heading to the Weeping Woods to hack down the forest is an easy way to finish it quickly.

Eliminations at Frenzy Farm or Sweaty Sands (3)

Frenzy Farm will probably be easier, especially if you wanted to get it done in Team Rumble. It largely depends on which area you like more.

Search chests at Pleasant Park or Lazy Lake (7)

Lazy Lake has a lot more chests, so it might be worth going there if you expect competition. I'd just go to the one that is less likely to have people dropping at it.

Consume Foraged Items (10)

You've got Coconuts, Mushrooms, and Apples to choose from. Coconuts spawn in Sweaty Sands along the boardwalk with all of the big palm trees. Mushrooms can be found around Slurpy Swamp and Weeping Woods. Apples spawn at a Landmark called The Orchard that is directly north of Frenzy Farm.

Deal damage to opponents with Pickaxes (100)

You can ruin someone's day by just landing on top of them and hacking them with a pickaxe if you wanted. You can also jump into a duo or squad and beat a downed opponent for some easy damage.

Hit 5 consecutive weak points while harvesting materials (10)

You'll want to find something that takes quite a few hacks to break. One options is to head to Risky Reels which has some RVs to hit that have enough HP to survive the five whacks. Make sure to go slow, the bullseye target doesn't disappear all that quickly.

Hit Headshots (10)

Very easy to do and you will finish this randomly or you can just head into Team Rumble and play a round. Use an Assault Rifle or SMG to get this done quickly.

Visit Landmarks in a single match (5)

There's a lot of Landmarks all over the map, but they are pretty concentrated at the southwestern portion of the map. However, this area is a bit complicated to navigate because it is pretty mountainous. A fairly easy route would be starting on the west side of the map at the Stack Shack and going north to hit Fancy View, Crashed Cargo, Fort Crumpet, and Coral Cove. I'd do this in Team Rumble so you don't have to worry about getting eliminated.

Eliminations in different matches (5)

Just enter different matches and get eliminations! Not much to completing this one.

Hunter And The Hunted Mission Loading Screen & Letter

Once you've completed eight of these challenges, you will receive Hunter And The Hunted loading screen! We get introduced to more of the story in these, it looks like the alter egos of the skins are up to no good. The most important thing is that Rippley looks cute trying to eat an apple in quiet. To find the letter, look to the center of the image towards the top.

I Location

The I location is on the third tier of the big barn at the north portion of Frenzy Farm. Run up the stairs and you'll see it near the window that's facing the front of the barn.
