Where to Find NPC #26 Sledgehammer in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8

He's got stuff for you to do.

Fortnite is slowly adding new NPCs to the map for Chapter 2 Season 8. With their most recent patch update (v18.30) they have brought three new NPCs to the island.

In the map above, you can see that Sledgehammer northeast of Holly Hedges. You will find him at the souther tip of the large chunk of crashed Alien Mothership. This is a wide open area with little coverage, so it might be a good idea to grab a vehicle to get around the area. Alternatively, you can take an the Alien Jump vent to get away quickly if someone spots you.

Since NPCs have patrol paths, Sledgehammer might move around the area, and the image might not represent their exact location. The easiest way to find an NPC once you have approached their approximate location is to look for the Chat Bubble icon on your minimap. This icon represents NPCs available nearby. Walk towards that icon, and you'll be able to find Sledgehammer.
