Nagadus Emerald Fragments can be obtained in two ways: defeating Bosses or by converting them via Alchemy.
Defeating the Jadeplume Terrorshroom at level 40+ will reward you with this jewel. You can reference the image below for its location:
The other way to obtain Nagadus Emerald Fragments is via Alchemy. You will need to use Dust of Azoth to convert fragment jewels of a different element to the Dendro element. Reference the Alchemy section below for how many jewels and units of Dust of Azoth you will need. Conversion can be accessed from any Crafting Bench. Once in the crafting menu, select the center icon at the top of your screen to access the Conversion Menu. Reference the image below for the Conversion Menu:
