To obtain Philosophies of Prosperity, you need to complete the Taishan Mansion, a Domain of Mastery located in Liyue. Taishan Mansion is between Qingyun Peak and Cuijie Slope.

Teleport to Minlin, the Teleport Waypoint located at Jueyun Karst, and the Taishan Mansion is to the northeast, down at water level.

To enter Taishan Mansion IV, you need to be Adventure Rank 45. It is recommended to have your party about Level 88 and characters that use Cryo, Electro, and Hydro.

The Taishan Mansion rotates the rewards you get based on what day of the week it is.

On Mondays and Thursdays, the domain is called Altar of Flames, and you can get the Prosperity Talent Level-up Materials.

On Sunday, you can choose whatever domain you desire.

Philosophies of Prosperity are rewarded for completing Domain of Mastery: Altar of Flames IV, and you can receive between zero to three of them per run. You will also receive between zero and three Guide to Prosperity and two to three Teachings of Prosperity.

To complete Altar of Flames IV, you must defeat four enemies within 480 seconds.

The four enemies are split into two waves:
- First Wave
  - Blazing Axe Mitachurls x2
- Second Wave
  - Fatui Pyro Agent x2

Due to the Pyro enemies, it is wise to bring along characters that inflict Electro and Pyro damage.

When inside a Domain of Mastery, you are inflicted by a Ley Line Disorder. This is a debuff that is never removed throughout the duration of the Rift.

In Altar of Flames IV, you have the following Ley Line Disorder:

Your character will be periodically inflicted with Smoldering Flames, causing you to take Pyro DMG until the inflicted Pyro element is removed.

If you have completed the domain successfully, to claim the rewards, you need to spend 20 Original Resin to or use a Condensed Resin to receive double. You do not have to claim the rewards if you choose not to do so.
