Genshin Impact: How to get to Musk Reef

A portal to a secret island? Count me in!

On your travels of the world of Teyvat in Genshin Impact, you'll encounter tons of secrets and hidden things! A few of these are quite obscure, but others you can find clearly in the open; it just depends if you've been to that area or not!

Genshin Impact How to get to Musk Reef

To get to Musk Reef in Genshin Impact, you must travel to Cape Oath, to the West of Musk Reef, and solve a puzzle involving returning three Seelie to their pedestals; once that has been done, an air current will appear, glide into this current and you'll be transported to Musk Reef.

Musk Reef is a small secret island that is home to an Adventure Rank 20 Abyss Domain. Apart from the important domain, this island is a good place to get some quick supplies, such as Iron and White Iron. It might not be the best location for it, but if you're there doing the domain, you might as well do a materials run around the island.

The quickest way to get to Cape Oath is the fast-travel waypoint, just below it. Other than that, there is a waypoint to the west of the Daduapa Gorge, where you can unlock the Tri-Seals to earn some loot!

Once you reach Cape Oath up in the sky, you will see a large purple portal; it's really hard to miss! However, before that is involved, head towards the small circular stone structure and engage some enemies there. Nearby are three pedestals, which means you need to find the three Seelie to guide back here.

After all three have been returned, an air current will appear underneath the stone structure, allowing you to glide onto the current and soar into the sky into the large purple portal! Upon entering, you'll be instantly transported to Musk Reef island.

About the Author

Hey, my name is Mark, and I'm a video game enthusiast! My earliest memory was playing Worms on the Amiga against my Godmother, yes the Amiga, massive box type thing, needed eighty-five thousand floppy disks to play one game, maybe a slight exaggeration. Ah, those were the days! I love RPG’s, and The Legend of Zelda series. Dogs are pretty awesome.
