It's only possible to obtain the "Tea Wisp-Clouded White Couch" as a Furnishing Blueprint, so you need to craft it with Tubby to get the actual item to place in the Serenitea Pot. The Blueprint is obtainable by reaching Inazuma Reputation Level 6.
Inazuma Reputation Board Location

Once you've obtained the Furnishing Blueprint for the "Tea Wisp-Clouded White Couch," it can be crafted in your Realm by speaking with Tubby. You need the following materials:

Crafting this Furnishing takes 14 hours, but players can complete it instantly by using x1 Vial of Adeptal Speed. It gives 60 Adeptal Energy and takes up 85 Load (reduced to 64 when two or more are placed near each other).
