Who is Donna in Genshin Impact?

Genshin Impact is an online gacha game that lets you explore a wide, open world. You will have the chance to meet different NPCs that add to the environment and, sometimes, the overall story. One such NPC that you can find and speak with is Donna over in the City of Mondstadt.

Not much is known about her, but she does have a massive crush on Diluc and is constantly fantasizing about him. You can also purchase different flowers from her in exchange for Mora. As you progress through the game, Donna can give you different quests, including Tempus Fugit Chapter and Noctua Chapter. Mondstadt is also considered to be the "Crown of the North" and is located in Starfell Valley, Mondstadt. Here, Donna can be found near the city's front gates at a flower shop called Floral Whisper. After you complete the World Quest titled "Flighty Flora... and Flora," several flowers will be put up around the shop for you to enjoy.
