The Yummy! Barbecue Under the Stars is a new Web Event that continues your adventure with Childe, Xinyan, and the adorable Shiki Taishou. The Web Event will run from Nov. 1, 2021, to Nov. 7, 2021. Players Adventure Rank 10 and up can participate, so don't miss out on your chance to win fantastic rewards just by grilling fish!
Start by heading to Genshin Impact's official announcement over at genshin.mihoyo.com on a PC or mobile browser. Log in and select the right server (double-check your UID to be sure you're on the right account!) to begin playing.
Ingredients
Complete the Web Event by grilling fish and unlocking recipes in the Grilled Fish Archive. There are three key ingredients you need:
- Fish
- There are three kinds of fish: Bitter Pufferfish, Medaka, and Golden Bass. You can make different recipes with each of them!
- Childe is in charge of catching fish. He'll catch one every six hours, and you can store a maximum of four inside the basket right in front of him. Don't worry—you can claim the fish even before the basket is full.
- Firewood
- Log into the game once every day to obtain x4 Firewood.
- Seasoning
- You can obtain x2 Seasoning daily by using 40 Original Resin and completing 2 Daily Commissions. In total, you can get x4 Seasonings per day.
- Meanwhile, you can obtain x4 Seasoning once during the event by sharing the event once (within the event period), using 200 Original Resin, and spending 50,000 Mora. These will give you a total of x12 additional Seasonings.
How to Grill Fish
Click on the Start Grilling button in front of the Xinyan to begin your culinary adventure.
- Step 1: Choose the fish you want to grill up.
- Step 2: Flip it and drag the Seasoning bottle on the right toward Mild, Just Right, or Heavy. The level of Seasoning will result in different recipes, so choose wisely!
- Step 3: Flip the fish until you reach the desired degree of doneness. Once it's done, select The grilled fish is ready! to reveal your dish.
Grilled Fish Archive And Shiki Taishou Friendship
On the lefthand side of the main event page, you'll find an icon of a fish and Shiki Taishou. Click on the fish to open the Grilled Fish Archive, where you can find all the recipes you've unlocked and all the others you've yet to discover.
A few peculiar entries are marked with ?????—these are hidden recipes that you can encounter by chance. Each entry will give you a Mora reward while unlocking everything will merit x10 Crystal Core.
Below the fish icon is Shiki Taishou. Click on it to view your Friendship Level, which you can raise by unlocking more recipes. Earn rewards by completing Friendship Level milestones:
- Friendship Level 20: x20 Primogem
- Friendship Level 300: x12 Mystic Enhancement Ore, x20 Primogem
- Friendship Level 600: x6 Hero's Wit, x30 Primogem
- Friendship Level 800: x60 Primogem, x30,000 Mora
