Since Grand Theft Auto 3, prostitutes have been a staple. All players have to do is accept a prostitute's proposal, let her enter the car, and then drive to a secluded area.
Prostitutes are mostly available at night, and players can request their services by stopping near them. Whenever a prostitute approaches the player's car, the player can accept or decline her invitation to enter the vehicle using the "positive" or "negative" response buttons. The prostitute is only allowed to occupy the seat next to the player, and seclusion is the only requirement to perform their deed. Besides paved areas, seclusion also includes areas with paved surfaces, such as corners, garages, or under highways.

Prostitutes can raise a player's health to 100% or more. Once the maximum has been reached, there will be no increase in health if the service is stopped immediately. The player's money decreases, and their health points increase at a fixed rate of 2 points per second.
Due to completing their deed, the car bounces up and down at three different speeds, from slowest to fastest. Additionally, the camera angle gradually lowers, but the player can still pan around the vehicle. The prostitute and CJ remain seated.
However, because the money is added to the prostitute and dropped upon her death, it is technically possible for the player to kill the prostitute and get the money back. You should be aware that some prostitutes may be armed with a pistol or knife. They may run when they hear gunshots.
The player will receive a one-star wanted level if caught by a cop (on foot or in a squad car). Also, when the car is overturned, the prostitute will be forced to leave immediately.
