After completing Transportation TestAutomated Charging, Circulation Theory, and Emergency Escort, you'll automatically get an Event Quest called Spike Self-Circulation Report: Conclusion. Your objective is to defeat enemies and clear Oozing Concretions to gain points within 2.5 minutes. There's no cap to the number of points you can get, but you need to score at least 2,000 points for the Battle Pass EXP reward and 50 Primogems, 3,000 points to get another 50 Primogems, and 4,000 points to get all rewards.

Opponents come in waves, so it's important to defeat them as quickly as possible. All Hilichurls count as Normal opponents, while Ruin Guards and Sentinels count as Elite opponents. The latter will grant you more points! Make sure to clear all Oozing Concretions that appear to score more points as well.

You can interact with sources of Energy and Lumenlamps around the area to recharge your Lumenstone Adjuvant. If you fail to complete the challenge, you can try again as many times as you like. After completing it, head to the event menu and claim your Primogems—plus other rewards—from the Continued Cleanup section.
