Where to get Spy

To get the Spy operative in Watch Dogs: Legion, the easiest way is to convert the City of Westminster borough; once this is done, you'll automatically unlock the spy MI5 agent to use in your game. However, if you are playing with permadeath on, and this skilled operative meets their demise, luckily, there is another way to find the Spy character.

Head on over to the borough named Lambeth and go to the MI5 building; you'll find it next to the river. If you are familiar with 007 - James Bond, you'll know this is where spies in London work, so there will be a fair number of recruitable agents in this location; just start scanning them all to find the best. Once you've selected one, approach them and complete their recruitment mission, and they are now yours to use!

You can also find them but not as often near buildings such as Blume and SIRS but are more common at night. The most obvious way to tell if they are spies even without scanning them is that the majority of the time, they'll be relaxing next to their spy vehicles, which is a slight giveaway if you ask us.
