Gungrave G.O.R.E doesn't forget basic arcade game rules, one of which is that you must have a boss battle! If possible, that enemy must be a seemingly impossible monster to kill. Of course, you can defeat every boss, the question is how to do it. One of those classic bosses is Ligabu, an oversized lizard with venomous and ice attacks. To kill the lizard boss in Stage 3 in Gungrave G.O.R.E, you must learn more about its powers. Ligabu will use a combination of tongue and area-of-effect special attacks. It will often try to slow you down with ice attacks and then charge at you. Avoid this by keeping your distance continuously while attacking in short bursts. Avoid using skills that require you to stand still, as you can be an easy target.
If your shield is low, run around the lizard in circles until it's full again. Always keep your distance as that is the best way to avoid toxic and ice breath. Dodge often, and don't be greedy with attacks. Run and gun is the best way to go here. With a bit of rinse and repeat action, you'll quickly eliminate Ligabu. If you think this lizard is hard to kill, wait for other bosses that await you in the later stages of the game.
