The legacy of the Halo series' campaign still has fans replaying them to this day. There are many different ways to play with numerous difficulty settings, collectibles, and challenges. With that being said, some fans may be wondering if players can replay campaign missions in Halo Infinite.
The answer to that is no. Halo Infinite's campaign features a few missions that follow the classic mission-based campaign of previous Halo games but then transitions into an open-world style. While players can continue exploring these open-world segments, they cannot return to the first mission-based segments without restarting the campaign.
A Microsoft representative spoke to Polygon about this and said, “The postgame does give you the option to keep exploring the wider environment, but for missions like the first two, where you're not on the ring yet, you can't replay from the same save file."
This is unfortunate as collectibles, skulls, and other things can be missed in these missions. This means that any player who does not collect them before completing that mission will not be able to retrieve them without first restarting their game.
