There are four shops that can be found in different spots all around the Highlands. Some sellers' shops will pop up in multiple places, but their inventory will not change. In fact they all have a very similar inventory, with exception for a unique broom skin that each sells. We've outlined the easiest location to find each at.

Leopold Babcocke's shop
