The Tower Tunnel is one of the locations you need to visit while completing quests in Hogwarts Legacy, and it is located east of the Marunweem Hamlet. Check the yellow circle on the map image above to see the exact location for the Tower Tunnel. This area has two Collection Chests, and you must collect them to get the rewards. Both of these chests are located in areas surrounded by giant spiders, so you need to eliminate them first before collecting the loot.

The first Collection Chest is located in the first room after you enter the Tower Tunnel.
