Hogwarts Legacy – How to get to the Undercroft

The world of Hogwarts Legacy is full of secret rooms, chambers, and passages. One of the hidden underground rooms that you uncover in the initial few hours of the story is the Undercroft. The room is revealed to you by Sebastian during In the Shadow of the Undercroft. You'll have to visit this place several times to complete various missions. Here's a guide on the fastest way to get there.

How to get to the Undercroft in Hogwarts Legacy

To reach the Undercroft, start by opening the Hogwarts Map and locating The Astronomy Wing. It is the north-western part of the castle and is also mentioned at the very top of the list on the left side of the map screen. Zoom in to this section of the map and a list of Floo Flames will appear, which can be used to fast-travel in Hogwarts Legacy.

Select the fourth Floo Flame on the list, Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom, and hit the travel button to instantly relocate to that area. This Floo Flame should already be activated as you must have already visited the Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom during a prior quest. Now, you'll find stairs to your right. Head down, turn right, and you'll find the Undercroft entrance at the end of the corridor. Interact with the door with several clocks to enter the secret room.
