Honkai Star Rail Best Qingque Build – Light Cones, Relics, & More!

Qingque is a librarian and a Diviner of the Divination Commission of Honkai: Star Rail's Xianzhou Luofu, who's experiencing a bout of workplace burnout—and I completely relate. In spite of this, she has managed to keep her job as the lowest-level Diviner, no matter which department she's transferred to. In battle, Qingque is a four-star Quantum character that follows the Path of The Erudition.

Best Light Cones for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail

There are plenty of Light Cone options for Qingque, many of which can also be used across other Erudition characters. Consider using any of the following:

• Night on the Milky Way (best five-star option) - This is an overall great Light Cone for Erudition characters, as it increases ATK based on the number of enemies on the battlefield. Qingque's DMG will also increase against enemies hit by her Weakness Break.
• The Seriousness of Breakfast - This increases Qingque's DMG by a flat rate and further increases her ATK for every defeated enemy.
• Today is Another Peaceful Day - This Battle Pass Light Cone increases the wearer's ATK based on their Max Energy. Qingque can make good use of this bonus as she has 140 Max Energy.
• Make the World Clamor - This will automatically regenerate Qingque's Energy upon entering battle and increases her Ultimate DMG. It's not the best Light Cone for her but is a decent alternative for players on a budget.

Best Free-to-Play Light Cone for Qingque

The Seriousness of Breakfast is the best free-to-play four-star Light Cone for Qingque. It can be purchased from the Forgotten Hall Store for 200 Lucent Afterglow.

Best Relic Sets for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail

Qingque's best-in-slot Relic set is the Genius of Brilliant Stars, as it significantly boosts her DPS performance. However, if you're having trouble farming it, you can also temporarily use the more universal Musketeer of Wild Wheat, which can be transferred to another character later down the line.

• Musketeer of Wild Wheat
  • Two-piece bonus: ATK increases by 10 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: The wearer's SPD increases by 6 percent and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10 percent.
• Genius of Brilliant Stars
  • Two-piece bonus: Increases Quantum DMG by 10 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: When the wearer deals DMG to the target enemy, ignores 10 percent DEF. If the target enemy has Quantum Weakness, the wearer additionally ignores 10 percent DEF.

Which stats should you boost on Qingque?

As for Qingque's Relic stats, focus on building ATK, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG. If possible, you can also aim for SPD and Energy Regen as supplementary stats.

Best Planar Ornaments for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail

We recommend giving Qingque the Inert Salsotto Planar Ornament set, while you can use Celestial Differentiator as an alternative. For stats, focus on Quantum DMG and either ATK or Energy Regen.

• Inert Salsotto (DPS build) - Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8 percent. When the wearer's current CRIT Rate reaches 50 percent or higher, the wearer's Ultimate and follow-up attack DMG increases by 15 percent.
• Celestial Differentiator (Alternative CRIT DMG build) - Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 16 percent. When the wearer's current CRIT DMG reaches 120 percent or higher, after entering battle, the wearer's CRIT Rate increases by 60 percent until the end of their first attack.

Qingque's Element and Path in Honkai Star Rail

Qingque is of the Quantum Element and follows the Path of The Erudition, making her adept at AoE attacks. She has a unique mechanic that involves drawing Jade Tiles (essentially Mahjong Tiles), which can be used to trigger her Basic ATK. Meanwhile, her Ultimate involves some RNG, as its effects are dependent on her on-hand Tiles.

Best Teammates for Qingque

Qingque is great as a main DPS against multiple enemies. She pairs well with universal supports, such as Bronya and Tingyun, but also requires a strong shielder or healer (or both) to survive.
