How to complete all secret achievements in House Flipper 2

There are 36 total achievements in House Flipper 2, but only a few aren't quite as obvious to complete. If you want to 100% your game, I have you covered. Here are some of the most challenging, vague descriptions of achievements and how you can finish them up.

The Tables Have Turned

You've cleaned up your fair share of trash and stains throughout your jobs, so why not turn the tables and create a bit of a mess yourself? You can complete this achievement by heading into Sandbox mode from the main menu and placing down as much trash as you can. Open your tool wheel with M2, select Trash Generator (or place a wall and put down some Stains and Dirt), and run rampage. Keep placing trash until you see the achievement pop-up on your screen.

Full House

This is one of the longest and most challenging hidden achievements in House Flipper 2, and to complete it, you'll need to find several Bessies hidden around different jobs. Bessie is the small beaver figurine in overalls and a hard hat that is the lovable mascot of the game. There are nine in total, and here are the levels (and the locations in the images above) where you can find them:

  • "So You Wanna be a House Flipper?" - Bedroom
  • "I Have a New Quest for You" - Garage
  • "Out with the Old!" - Entry
  • "Tiny House to Flip" - Living Room/Kitchen
  • "My Crew is Moving Here" - Laundry Room
  • "My House Doesn't Feel Like Home" - Loft
  • "Making Room for Our New Baby" - Living Room
  • "Exterior Renovation" - Kid's Bedroom
  • "Adding Music Studio" - Kitchenette

Deja Vu

This is another tricky hidden achievement because it isn't something I would immediately consider doing while playing. As suggested by the title, you will need to experience a little Deja Vu. To do that, you will need to restart any previous job. Open your Emails tab, press on any location, press the Archive button to see completed jobs, and then select Start from Scratch on the bottom right to restart the job. This will complete the achievement.

Tinkerer

Assembly was available in the first game and carried over to the sequel, but it functions a bit differently than before. You can assemble things to earn a discount on items in the Store, but to do so, you'll need to complete the Assembly practices in your menu. For the hidden achievements, you'll need to really love completing them (or just power through), meaning you'll need to complete all 12 lessons to complete the challenge.

Work Smart, Not Hard

Work Smart, Not Hard, is another achievement that is a little vague. Despite the description giving us a hint, it may not be that obvious. You'll need to grab a trash bin from outside and bring it into the house so you can throw away your garbage bags without making a run outside. Once you do, you'll earn your achievement.

I'm an Architect!

The last achievement that can be a bit trickier to figure out is the "I'm an Architect!" achievement. While it's evident that you must build something "from the ground up," as described, it has a few requirements. You need to head into Sandbox mode and build a simple structure. As long as it's four walls with a floor, roof, and door, you can save it and earn the achievement.
