Does Icarus feature controller support?

Looks like its mouse and keyboard for a while.

Icarus is a PvE survival game for PC with no current plans to bring the game to the console. When it comes to PC gaming, mouse and keyboard reign supreme, but some players prefer a controller. You might be wondering if Icarus will feature controller support.

The answer to that is yes—there is controller support. Initially, this was not going to be in the game, but after the beta, the developers have added it. We still prefer using a mouse and keyboard to a controller, but having the option to play with a controller is always nice.

At first, the developers confirmed that some controller support is implemented in the developer's build, but it will take longer before it works properly in the game. This would have meant that players would not be able to play with a controller had they not implemented it at launch.

Additionally, players can rebind their controls to better suit their preferences. You can do this once the player is in-game but not when they are in the main menu. So don't freak out if you can't change inputs, once you get on the planet's surface you can change what you want.
