LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a huge collection of content that spans nine feature films. Being the biggest LEGO game so far, you may be wondering exactly what you are getting into time-wise when starting this game. Here is how long it takes to beat LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Since this game is an action-adventure game with 24 unique worlds to visit, you can imagine that there is a large amount of content for you to enjoy when playing. Side missions, collectibles, and mini-games all exist within the worlds you visit. However, much of this content lies outside the main story of the nine movies and is not required to be completed to beat the game.
You will play five missions for each movie for a total of 45 main missions. Completing each one will render the main game, and its story finished. You will spend around two to three hours on each main mission, bringing the total runtime of the game to somewhere between 20 and 30 hours.

While most players will fall within that window, some may opt to take the game slow and completely explore every planet or find every collectible the game has to offer. Doing this can easily extend the game's completion time up to the 40-hour mark and higher.
