How to emote in Lethal Company

If we emote, the monsters can't get us.

How can I emote in Lethal Company?

There are two available emotes in the game at the moment: the Point emote and the Dance emote. They don't affect your gameplay other than causing you and your teammates joy. I'm still not over getting destroyed when taunting in Devil May Cry 4, so I am cautious when using emotes.

The Point emote is helpful if you aren't on the mic and want to point out the Flower man about to get your teammate. Once your teammate dies because they didn't notice you pointing at their stalker, you can do a dance in their memory. And then run because you don't want to be the next victim.

Since these emotes are safe to use, you can press the following buttons to activate them.

  • 1 for the Dance emote.
  • 2 for the Point emote.

You can't change the Lethal Company keybindings in the current version of the game, so you'll have to stick with these controls for now. This could be a future update you can look forward to if you're used to a different setup.

Are there more Lethal Company emotes?

There are sadly no more emotes in Lethal Company at the moment. We can hope that the developers will add more, as it's already super fun using just the two existing ones. I personally would love a cute wave emote to use when I run into my teammates in the darkness.
