How to change jobs in Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth

Once you have completed the activity to learn the new job, you can switch your jobs at any point by visiting one of the Alo-Happy Tour spots and using the changing booth. If you want to change one of your assisting party members' jobs, they will need to have enough Bond with Kasuga for the jobs to be available for them as well.

Changing up a party member's job will change their available skills and abilities, plus what gear they can utilize. You may want to change a character's job for specific missions when the enemy has a particular weakness against that job's skillset. However, you must also level up the job for that character separately.
