How long is Little Nightmares?

The spine-chilling world of Little Nightmares isn't all that big. A first-time casual playthrough will typically take between three and four hours, though a 100 percent playthrough is expected to take a few extra hours.

There are three DLC's, each of which adds roughly one to one and a half hours of additional gameplay. So for a casual first-time playthrough, the expected length of the main story plus all of its DLC is between seven and nine hours, which is not a bad length at all. The DLC's are not free but are all included if you get the complete edition.

Searching for hidden secrets and collectibles also up the base playtime by around three-ish hours, so a 100 percent first-time playthrough will take around five to six hours. With the DLC as well, it'll likely be around 10 to 12 hours.

For reference, there is an unlockable achievement for beating the game in under an hour, which should help put into perspective how long the game truly is once you know what you're doing. For further perspective, the world record for the fastest 100 percent clear of the game is under 50 minutes.
