Lost Sword Tier List (July 2025) – Best Characters & Reroll Guide

The Lost Sword tier list will help you bring Gacha and Rule 63 to the Arthurian myth.

You'll find the four classes spread across these three rankings, and sometimes a single character will fill two roles. Let's analyze them all and find the best characters in our Lost Sword tier list for both mid-to-late game PVE and PVP.

Building the best team in Lost Sword is all about picking out the strongest back, middle and front line, and I'm here to outline the most powerful options. I'll be splitting the roster into three rankings for DPS, Supports (heals/buffs/debuffs), as well as Tanks for a good front line.

Lost Sword Damage Tier List (DPS)

Whether it's wave clear, burst damage, or sustained DPS, this Lost Sword tier list outlines the best characters currently. Think of the S-Tier as the best characters for the role, with Tiamat excelling in DPS above the others, and Lancelot being quite tanky too, as you scale her HP.

  • A-Tier characters in Lost Sword are great secondary options if you don't have S rankers.
  • B-Tier heroes are great options that work in specific scenarios (for example, Isabel is also a support).
  • C and D tiers are underpowered options or simply 3-star characters that lack power for the mid-to-late game.

Best DPS Characters in Lost Sword

DPS HighlightsNotes & Tips

Tiamat
Holy/Wizard/Back
+ Highest AOE damage in Lost Sword
+ Ultimate deals some of the best damage in the game and then resets her Active CD so you can spam it
+ Deletes waves
+ Her Holy element means she's amazing in any mode since it ignores elemental resistances
- Needs a tank

Lancelot
Radiance/Knight/Front
+ Amazing melee DPS and can get quite tanky too, serving as your main DPS carry with Clumsy Affection card or off-tank
+ Requires a lot of investment to stack her HP since that's how she scales (also requires Dupes to be great)
+ One of the best PVP characters in the game if you stack her HP really high
+ Get HP Pets
- Struggles against single Nature enemy bosses

Kay
Fire/Knight/Front
• Ran is amazing due to her DPS and team-wide utility by shredding enemy defenses
• She's also Holy, thus ignoring elemental resistances
• While her animations can be long her raw damage and utility easily make her S-Tier

Ran
Holy/Knight/Front
+ Ran is amazing due to her DPS and team-wide utility by shredding enemy defenses
+ She's also Holy, thus ignoring elemental resistances
+ Ran's raw damage and utility easily make her S-Tier
- Her animations can be long

Lua
Shock/Knight/Front
+ Lua is all about her Shocked status effect to boost damage and benefit from the Rain weather
+ She has the highest Shock uptime in the game, and her attack damage can be drastically boosted in Rain
- It never rains in Britannia, so skip Lua for that

Lisa
Chaos/Archer/Middle
+ One of the best wave clear characters with excellent AOE damage due to her Ult and Active
+ Similar to Tiamat, but a middle line Archer with fast animations
+ Combine with her card Smile in the Dark to boost her basic attack AOE as well

Cristina
Fire/Wizard/Middle
+ Cristina can be both a sustained Burn DPS who is core for a Fire team, but also a support (more on that later)
+ Having her either as a DPS or Support increases your overall damage due to her % Attack party passive

Anessa
Frost/Knight/Front
+ A melee AOE unit that's all about big damage with her Active and massive attack speed buffs with her Ult
+ Her core use is setting up her Freeze skills to deal massive burst damage to enemies

Enya
Fire/Archer/Back
+ Enya is an excellent secondary DPS unit until you get the higher tiers due to her sustained DPS between Crossbow and Machine Gun form
+ Her card Manager's Dignity benefits the entire team's DPS (Except healers)

Lost Sword Support Tier List

The Lost Sword support tier list focuses on characters with the most healing potential, but also characters who can buff your team's damage or drastically debuff enemies. Currently, the best Healers are Isolde and Dian Cecht. While Merlin has some excellent debuffs, Galahad, Erin, and Isabel are the best buffers. There's not bad support in the game, so there's no D-Tier.

Just make sure to include 2 or 3 characters from here, depending on your DPS and Tank choices. The number of supports you should include depends on whether you picked hybrid characters from other tier lists. For example, Lancelot, Isabel, and Galahad can fill multiple roles. Also note that Esmeralda or Bedivere are great non-5-Star supports that are easier to get.

Best Supports in Lost Sword

Support HighlightsNotes & Tips

Dian Cecht
Radiance, Support, Middle
+ The best Knight buffer in the game, boosting Melee Attack damage and Critical Damage.
+ Also has excellent sustained heals, shields, and damage reduction.

Isolde
Nature, Support, Back
+ Better burst heals than Dian Cecht, and also has damage reduction
+ Will carry you through progression mid-to-late game with heals
+ Just don't bring her to Raids since her lack of powerful buffs makes her fall off a bit

Merlin
Holy, Wizard, Middle
+ One of the best crowd-control debuffers in the game
+ Best Freeze uptime to stunlock fights and also reduce defenses
+ Water Dragon's Blessing card boosts Magic DPS
+ Can also boost crit rate for allies with her passive

Galahad
Radiance, Knight, Front
+ More of a front-line tank, which we'll mention below, but Galahad also has some powerful support buffs
+ Boosts Archer and Wizard attacks and increases your team's overall defenses

Ria
Fire, Support, Back
+ You'll probably see Ria in all late-game Raids since she is highly flexible in any team to provide great healing, damage buffs, and critical damage boosts

Guinevere
Frost, Healer, Back
• While Isabel has some decent DPS, she shines as a support
• This is because she can grant your entire team damage immunity for several hits

Isabel
Frost, Archer, Middle
+ While Isabel has some decent DPS, she shines as a support
+ Isabel can grant your entire team damage immunity for several hits

Lost Sword Tank Tier List

Tank variety is scarce in Lost Sword, with the best tanks even being hybrids that fill other roles, like Lancelot and Kay being DPS and Galahad being Support. That said, these three are still the best, offering both great defenses and tanking power, as well as off-DPS and utility. I did not include Ethan and Urien since they're solely early game options that you want to replace ASAP.

Best Tanks in Lost Sword

Tank HighlightNotes & Tips

Galahad
Radiance, Knight, Front
+ Galahad is the best tank in Lost Sword if you want to protect and support your team. Extremely tanky with damage immunity, damage reduction, and the card Knight of Purity shield
+ Buffs your team's damage and defenses
+ Combos well with Kay for all modes to offset the elemental resistances

Lancelot
Radiance/Knight/Front
+ Can be a decent tank option since you're stacking HP anyway,
- You need to invest heavily in dupe progression, equipment, and pets

Gawain
Nature/Knight/Front
+ While not as tanky as Galahad, Gawain has a lot of stuns to crowd-control enemies and bosses
+ Counters enemy buffs by increasing self DPS
+ One of the best PVP tanks due to the stuns

Kay
Fire/Knight/Front
+ In addition to being a great DPS, what makes Kay a good tank as well is her innate damage immunity and her ignore death Immortality passive
+ Pairs well with Galahad to offset the elemental weaknesses of Radiance

Lost Sword Reroll Guide

The whole Lost Sword reroll process takes about 15 minutes to complete, and it's incredibly easy:

  1. Get to Level 10 to Unlock Mailbox (You can disable animations in Settings>Graphics):
  2. Skip text/cutscenes and keep clicking on all the highlights to progress the story missions.
  3. Claim all the quests on the UI on the left as they're completed.
  4. The neat part is to go into mission battles before completing the various menu quests, since the game will continue playing in the background if you're in a battle.
  5. Don't worry about assigning stats; just go for Attack right now, as you can reset them later.
  6. After about mission 1-10, as you're reaching Level 10, you'll get a free Summon, but we'll get our multi Summons from the Mailbox.
  7. Mailbox: After about Mission 1-12, you'll get to Level 10 and get the Mailbox. Claim them all for Summoning materials and Guinever, who's a great revive-based support.
  8. Character Summon Banner: Once you've claimed everything, go to the Character Summon banner and use all your pulls to try to get S-Tiers or your favorite A-Tiers from our DPS, Support, and Tank tier lists above. Galahad is a universally valuable character to have both as your main frontline, Merlin and Isolde are good supports, and Tiamat, Lancelot, or Kay are great DPS heroes.
  9. Reroll Account: If you're not happy with your Summons, you can reroll your account by going into Settings on the right, then selecting Account.
    • Click on "Delete Account" and type in "The reset will begin," including the period, then click "Confirm."
    • This will reset your progress, and you can repeat this process until you receive the summons you want.

That's it for my Lost Sword tier list and reroll guide. Don't forget to check for Lost Sword codes to see if there are any new free goodies to claim.
