How to beat Chozo Ghosts easily in Metroid Prime Remastered

Just because they're invisible, doesn't mean they're invincible.

Metroid Prime Remastered is filled with a lot of annoying enemies. The Chozo Ghosts might be the most annoying of them all, however, as they can appear and disappear at will, dodging many of Samus' attacks. Chozo Ghosts also seem to have large health pools, but with the right weaponry, Samus can still take them out relatively quickly.

What can Samus use to beat Chozo Ghosts in Metroid Prime Remastered?

When first scanning the Chozo Ghosts in Metroid Prime Remastered, Samus learns that most elemental beams do not work on them. This can leave many players disheartened since that means they have to rely on the basic Power Shot and Charge Beam. Samus gets one other tool that helps a lot against these enemies, though: Super Missiles.

Most Chozo Ghosts in the game will die after a Super Missile and a couple of Charge Beams. The hard part is landing these Super Missiles. They cost five Missiles a piece, so missing a Super Missile shot can be devastating to a player who doesn't have a high missile count.

The way players can make things easier is to wait for Chozo Ghosts to charge up their power shot. Chozo Ghosts take quite a while to wind up their big shot that can stun Samus. This is a perfect opportunity to hit them in the face with an accurate Super Missile.

If Chozo Ghosts are not in their wind-up animation, the only thing Samus can do is keep her distance and jump around. Whenever possible, players should spam their Power Beam and Charge Beam to keep the damage up. Also, once you get the X-Ray Visor, you will always be able to see Chozo Ghosts, even when they go invisible.
