Is Optifine 1.19.3 out?

The simple answer is no, Optifine 1.19.2 will not work with Minecraft 1.19.3. If you can’t live without Optifine, you will need to hold off or roll back to Minecraft 1.19.2 and continue with the old version of both until the latest version of Optifine is released. However, on the plus side, it doesn’t look like you’ll have to wait too long for Optifine 1.19.3. You can follow the progress of Optifine 1.19.3 by following @OptiFineNews on Twitter. At the time of writing the last update, posted on January 5, 2023, said that Optifine 1.19.3 was 60 percent complete.
