Where to get Refined Pigment in Nightingale

Add some color!

Refined Pigment in Nightingale is necessary for crafting special items like Ink and dyeing your gear. However, you'll need the right Crafting Station and the proper ingredients to make it. Here's how!

How to craft Refined Pigment in Nightingale

To make Refined Pigment, you will need a Simple Mortar Station. This is a Crafting Station that breaks down ingredients into powders and pastes. However, to build this station, you'll need to have the schematics, either by collecting them as a reward with Hope or by purchasing them from the Essence Trader for 55 Essence Dust.

With the schematics, you can build the Simple Mortar Station through your Build menu with the following materials:

  • Lumber x3
  • Fibre x8

You will need Lumber to make the Simple Mortar Station, which can only be obtained with the Saw Table (another schematic from the Trader).

With the Simple Mortar Station made, you can now craft Refined Pigment. Refined Pigment can be made by using any resource containing pigment, such as berries, meat, or mushrooms. You will need two pigment items to make a Refined Pigment vial.

With your Refined Pigment, you can begin dyeing your clothes different colors, and more importantly make some Ink, which is crucial to crafting those Realm Cards and enchantments.
