How to dash in Octopath Traveler 2

Running is a simple process in Octopath Traveler 2. It does come with benefits, mainly increasing your movement speed, but there is a downside as well. While dashing will speed up your exploration rate, it will also make encounters more likely. This means you cannot just run through an area and avoid combat. But on the other hand, it does make it easier to grind levels due to the increased monster encounter rate.
