In addition to this, data from the demo will be transferable to the full game, meaning you can pick up right where you left off. This makes playing the One Piece Odyssey demo not just worth it for learning about the game, but you can get a head start on January 12, 2023, when this One Piece title releases.

One Piece Odyssey features a brand new adventure for Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates, one that is not canon to the story, though elements from the series will be present. The demo for One Piece Odyssey is free, so you have nothing to lose by playing it.
