Why are my Pal's eyes bloodshot in Palworld?

If your Pal's eyes look a bit bloodshot and tired suddenly, then that's a major sign that something is not right with them, either mentally or physically. If you want your Pals to stay in the best health, keeping track of their Sanity and Hunger and ensuring they have a comfortable base to work in is super important. Here are some ways you can get rid of those bloodshot eyes.

Bloodshot eyes could be a sign of depression, exhaustion, or starvation in your Pal. When a Pal is under the effects of any of these ailments, they will refuse to do any tasks. First, check their details page and see how low their Sanity is. If it's looking low, you'll want to boost it up as quickly as possible.

The best way to keep your Pal happy and their Sanity high is to ensure they have food and a bed and give them breaks (like putting them in the Palbox temporarily). These will all help with their Sanity and basic needs. Plus, if you're looking for a real boost to their mental health, placing down a Hot Spring in the base for them to relax in is one of the best solutions.

How to heal sick Pals in Palworld

Another reason your Pals may be flaunting bloodshot eyes is because they're sick or have an injury. The solution to this is to build a Medicine Table. The Medicine Table can be unlocked in Technology 12 and crafted with 30 Wood, 5 Nails, and 10 Pladium Fragments. You can cure your Pals' sicknesses by crafting some different types of medicine. There is a medicine for just about any injury and even for weakened or depressed Pals.

After giving your Pal some medicine and ensuring all their needs are met, they should recover in no time, and you'll be able to tell in their appearance as well. Say goodbye to bloodshot eyes!
