Microtransactions are becoming more frequent than ever, and Payday 3 will indeed include them also. The game is going to include microtransactions in a couple of different ways. All confirmed Payday 3 DLCs

There are four different DLCs confirmed for the first year of Payday 3, which are set to include all new events, characters, skills, weapons, and a lot more.

  • Syntax Error
  • Boys in Blue
  • The Land of the Free
  • Fear and Greed

The Gold version gives you the ability to play a year's worth of DLCs, while the Silver version gives you the ability to only play half a year's worth of DLCs. The developers have confirmed the in-game purchases are going to remain cosmetic-only, so for those were concerned like I was, you won't have to worry about pay-to-win mechanics.
