All Jobs in Persona 3 Reload and how to get one

Being a student, a part-time worker, and fighting monsters at night sums up being a Persona 3 Protagonist.

As a student fighting the shadows at night, keeping your equipment top-notch is important by spending a ton of Yen at the Police Station. In this guide, I'll discuss all the part-time jobs available in Persona 3 Reload so you can earn extra gold on the side.

Here are all the available part-time jobs with their corresponding location, schedules, and benefits:

Chegall CafePaulownia Mall Night Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday+2 to Courage and Charm2,500 Yen
Be Blue VPaulownia MallNoon or After School: Monday to Friday (After July 22)+2 to Academics and Charm3,500 Yen
Screen Shot CinemaPort Island StationDaytime: Sunday or Holidays+2 to Courage and Academics5,000 Yen

As you keep attending your part-time work, you'll get an increased salary. You can also gain bonus Yen if the shop messages you about an increased workload due to the number of customers.

Later on in the game, you can purchase the software called Part-Time Master from Net Cafe in the Iwatodai Strip Mall. Using the software on your dorm's general PC will increase your starting salary. In my experience, during a busy day at the Chegall Cafe, I earned 6300 Yen, which is about a 252% increase from the starting salary.

If you're struggling for Yen in Persona 3 Reloaded, I suggest working part-time after school, then exploring the Tartarus (obtain an Arcana Burst) and farm shadows afterward to maximize your earnings.

Now that you know each accessible part-time working schedule, you need to head to the location of each shop and interact with it. You'll be given the option to work part-time as long as you're within the schedule above. Here's an example of how you can get a part-time job:

  1. Go to the Screen Shot Cinema at the Port Island Station on Sunday (Daytime).
  2. Choose to spend time at the Screen Shot Cinema.
  3. You'll have the option to work part-time or watch a movie.
  4. Choose work part-time.
  5. Proceed through the cutscene, and you'll get your salary and bonus stats for working at the end of the protagonist's conversation with the manager.

Other than answering correctly in class, you can also increase your stats while working for part-time jobs, which is essential in increasing your social links with various characters in the game. Since all part-time works offer a substantial increase in most stats, I highly recommend going for those during your free time rather than spending money on an activity.
