Evolving Happiny into Chansey requires an Oval Stone in Pokémon Legends Arceus. There are several ways to get an Oval Stone, and some are easier than others. Players may even already have this in their inventory as it can be dropped by many natural developments in the Overworld.
Obtain Oval Stones
Evolving Happiny into Chansey requires an Oval Stone, an evolution stone that can be used in the Inventory Screen. Previous games had Happiny hold the item while leveling up, but the removal of Held Items in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus has made the Oval Stone act as a standard Evolution Stone.
Trading In Jublife Village
The Trading Post in the village always carries Oval Stones to purchase for only 400 Merit Points. Compared to other Evolution Stones, this is an extremely cheap and easy purchase for players in a rush to get their hands on a Chansey and eventually a Blissey.
Rocks And Ursaluna
Oval Stones have a chance of being inside the Ore Veins or Crystals in the Overworld. They also can be found by Ursaluna while riding them, sniffing out treasure, and digging them up.

Time-Space Distortions
Fields of Time-Space Distortions will occasionally spawn on the map will special items and Pokémon appearing in the area. Oval Stones, as well as other Evolution Stones, have a chance at spawning in these areas.
Evolving Chansey Into Blissey
After players evolve their Happiny into Chansey, they just need to raise their Friendship with Chansey for an additional evolution. This can be done by using Chansey to interact with trees, rocks, or winning in Pokémon battles. Fainting and using bitter herbs will reduce Friendship and should be avoided for players wanting to evolve their Pokémon quickly.
