Pokémon Legends: Arceus has shaken up the Pokémon formula by making many changes and adding new features. That being said, there are also many returning features fans will be familiar with, such as Pokémon Natures.
Natures affect a Pokémon's growth, increasing one stat while decreasing another. However, some Natures will not affect a Pokémon's stat growth. We have compiled a list of all Pokémon Natures in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, how to check them, and how to pick the best Nature.

How to check Natures
There are two ways to check a Pokémon's Nature. You will need to open your menu and navigate to your Pokémon tab. Click on the Pokémon you want to check and select Check Summary. Scroll to the far right side to see a description of your Pokémon, including their Nature.
The other method will actually show you what stats are increased by this Nature. This can be found in the second to last tab in the Pokémon's summary. The red arrow indicates which stat is being increased, while the blue arrow indicates which stat is decreased.
Best Natures to Pick
When choosing the best Nature for your Pokémon, you want to see their best stats. Usually, you will want to increase either their Attack or Special Attack, depending on which is higher. The other option that is typically best would be to increase Speed.
