Can Paradox Pokemon be bred in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

Unfortunately, you cannot breed Paradox Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Unlike most Pokémon, these Pokémon cannot be bred and have eggs. This means you will need to get multiple Paradox Pokémon through other means. Catching additional Paradox Pokémon will increase your odds of getting Booster Energy.

Each Paradox Pokémon you catch has a five percent chance of holding Booster Energy. This held item will activate some Paradox Pokémon's ability, such as Scream Tail's Protosynthesis or Iron Moth's Quark Drive. These abilities increase the Pokémon's highest stat, which can be incredibly powerful.

The good news is that you can catch multiple Paradox Pokémon in a single playthrough and trade for them. Trade codes will allow you to complete your Pokédex and get the version exclusive Paradox Pokémon.
