How to get the Auspicious Armor in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

For all those struggling to evolve Charcadet.

One of the more popular Pokémon to be introduced in Generation IX is Armarouge. Unfortunately, it's one of the tougher ones to evolve. Charcadet doesn't need levels or evolutionary stones; it requires the Auspicious Armor to evolve into Armarouge. Trainers should definitely be aware of how to get this item before training up a Charcadet.

How to evolve Charcadet into Armarouge in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Trainers can get the Auspicious Armor from a lady in Zapapico, a city located on the inside of East Province, Area Three. This lady will give trainers the Auspicious Armor if they can bring back 10 Bronzor Fragments.

To do this, trainers will want to head over to a Bronzor habitat and defeat 10 of them with the Let's Go command. There are several Bronzor habitats in the Paldea region, but perhaps the easiest one to reach is in the north of South Province, Area Three.

Trainers will want to head to the Watchtower in that area and start heading north. Eventually, they should run into some ruins at the bottom of the valley. This is where Bronzor will spawn, and they're usually around level 11. After dipping in and out a couple times defeating every Bronzor there, trainers should have enough Bronzor Fragments to trade for the Auspicious Armor.

It's important to keep in mind that this only applies to Pokémon Scarlet players. Armarouge is exclusive to Scarlet. Pokémon Violet trainers will instead be evolving Charcadet into Ceruledge, which involves a whole different mission surrounding Sinistea.
