All Duraludon Abilities in Pokémon Unite

Everything players need to know for this beast of a Pokémon.

Pokémon fans will recognize Duraludon from many online teams in Sword and Shield. It's primarily used as a Special Attacking Physical wall, but in Pokémon Unite, Duraludon is a powerful Physical Attacker. While its moves are Special in the mainline games, they are all Physical in the online MOBA. These are all of Duraludon's Moves in Pokémon Unite.

Duraludon's Ability And Basic Attacks

Duraludon possesses the Heavy Metal Ability, preventing it from being shoved or thrown once every 30 seconds. This stops moves such as Confusion from Mr. Mime from taking Duraludon out of position or pushing them against the wall for extra damage.

Duraludon's Basic Attacks scale with the Attack stat, and every third attack will be Boosted, creating a long beam attack that can attack multiple enemies in a line. Each Boosted Attack also deals damage equal to three percent of the opponent's maximum HP and can crit.

Duraludon's Starting Moves

Duraludon's two starting moves are Laser Focus and Metal Claw. Players will choose one of these moves to unlock at level one and unlock the other at level three.

Laser Focus

Laser Focus has a nine second cooldown and reduces damage received eight seconds. It also increases the damage of Basic Attacks. The buff expires after hitting a Pokémon with three Basic Attacks. The damage increase is equal to about 27 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 60.

Metal Claw

Metal Claw has a decently long range and will lower the Movement Speed of Pokémon hit, making it easier to chase and clean up kills. After using Metal Claw, Duraludon's next Basic Attack will always be a Boosted Attack. The damage dealt is equal to roughly 94 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 260.

Duraludon's First Move Upgrades

Laser Focus can be upgraded at level five to either Flash Cannon or Dragon Pulse. These moves are upgraded again at level 11 to their plus forms.

Flash Cannon

Flash Cannon has a six second cooldown and does an initial burst of damage within an area of effect. After that Duraludon will enter a Cannon Mode for six seconds, increasing the range and damage of Basic Attacks.

Boosted Attacks will slow down opposing Pokémon for a short time as well. The damage is equal to 52.5 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 60 for the initial hit. The Cannon Mode's Basic Attacks is equal to 105 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 120 with the Boosted Attack dealing three percent of the Pokémon's Maximum HP and can crit.

At Level 11, this move is upgraded and will have the additional effect of stunning the opposing Pokémon during the initial attack.

Dragon Pulse

Dragon Pulse is a bit more complicated than Flash Cannon in that Duraludon will begin to place marks on any opposing Pokémon it hits. Duraludon will gradually get slower as it uses Dragon Pulse and can charge the move to increase the radius and total damage of the Attack.

This attack deals increased damage to any Pokémon for each mark it has on it and then removes the marks after. If Dragon Pulse knocks out an opposing Pokémon, its cooldown is reduced by 50 percent. In addition to the reduced cooldown, Duraludon's next three Basic Attacks deal additional damage and reduce the cooldown of Dragon Pulse for each hit.

The upgraded version of this move will restore Duraludon's HP when knocking out an enemy player.

Duraludon's Second Move Upgrades

Duraludon will replace its Metal Claw at level seven with either Dragon Tail or Stealth Rock. These moves are upgraded an additional time at level 13 to their plus forms.

Dragon Tail

Dragon Tail has two charges, each with a 12 second cooldown. This move will shove opposing Pokémon while moving Duraludon backward. The move can't be spammed as there is a 1.1 second cooldown between charges.

This move can go through walls and obstacles and deals 79 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 220 points of damage. The upgraded version of this move increases the damage of each charge.

Stealth Rock

Stealth Rock has a 12 second cooldown and creates a field that does damage over time in a fixed area of effect wherever it lands. Enemies within this area have their Movement Speed reduced and if they take four ticks of damage, they become immobilized for a short time.

If the move hits an opposing Pokémon before it hits its destination, it will instead create a field at the point of impact. After using this move, Duraludon's next Basic Attack will be a Boosted Attack. Stealth Rock has two charges with a 1.1 second cooldown between uses. The damage ticks deal 28 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 80. The upgraded version of this move increases the number of charges.

Duraludon Unite Move

Revolving Ruin unlocks at level nine and has a 134 second cooldown. When used, Duraludon uses a large beam to deal damage to any enemy in a radius around them. This grants Duraludon a Shield and an eight percent Attack buff. This deals 121 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 270.

Once the beam is fired, the area within the radius leaves behind fire, dealing damage to enemies within it. This lowers the enemy's Movement Speed for a short time. The damage is equal to 60.5 percent of Duraludon's Attack plus 135.

Duraludon Stat Gain

At level five, Duraludon gains a 10 percent Critical Hit Rate and a five percent Lifesteal. The Lifesteal bonus only applies to Basic and Boosted Attacks.

At level seven the Lifesteal bonus is increased to 10 percent.

At level nine Duraludon's Critical Hit Rate is increased to 20 percent and the Lifesteal bonus is increased to 15 percent.

At level 11 the Lifesteal bonus is increased to 20 percent.

At level 13 the Lifesteal bonus is increased to 25 percent.
