All Quarry/Fish Farm Blue Medallion locations in Resident Evil 4 Remake

The second Blue Medallion Request from the Merchant has Leon going through the Quarry and Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 Remake. While the Medallions are split between two locations, Leon can go freely between the two areas without issue. Staying too long in the Fish Farm can cause enemies to keep spawning in, so make sure to get in and out quickly. There are lots of treasures in the Fish Farm, so it might be a good idea to search a bit longer, even after the medallions have all been found. Here is where every Blue Medallion can be found in the Quarry and Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 - RE4 Remake

The Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 request can be found just before entering the Quarry before the gate. A reward of 4x Spinels awaits Leon for finding and destroying these five Medallions and the first one can be found almost immediately after where the request is found. If Leon lingers too long, however, just like the first Medallion quest, enemies can start to spawn after staying in the same location for too long.

First Medallion

The first Medallion can be found in the Quarry by aiming up at the scaffolding to the right of the giant locked door. It'll be hanging on its own and can be shot along with a silver lantern carrying some treasure.

Second Medallion

Proceeding through the area past the Merchant, the second Medallion can be found at the docks. It's located underneath the center area but Leon can get a clear shot by going toward the right before getting to the boat.

Third Medallion

All other Medallions will be in the Fish Farm where the first of which can be found inside a small hut. After falling into the water, this is found by going up the wooden incline. A Viper can be found nearby as well to get closer to completing the Viper Hunter Request.

Fourth Medallion

To the right of the hut where the last Medallion was located, a path through the water will lead Leon toward a dead end. Left of the dead end, in between some gaps of wood, is the next Blue Medallion.

Fifth Medallion

The final Medallion can be found near the end of the area. When crossing the bridge to get to the house, a path underneath the bridge can be passed through by crouching. A treasure and the final Blue Medallion will be underneath.
