Winter is upon us, and that means Driving Empire is swarming with Elves, 20 of them to be more specific. You will need to find all of them if you want to claim the exclusive 2025 Driving Empire Winter Sled. However, we know the map is pretty big, which is why we are here to help you find all Elf locations in the game with ease.
How to Find All Driving Empire Elves
The easiest way to make your way around the Driving Empire map and get all the Elves is to grab a helicopter. Some of the Elves are on top of buildings, which makes the helicopter a perfect vehicle. However, if you don't have one, we have included exactly how to reach all of them by car and foot.
Quick Tip: Look around for a glowing green triangle. If you get close enough to the elf, you will be able to see it even through buildings, rocks, etc.
Elf 1 Location

To start off, let's go to the Dealership. Go inside the building and you'll see the first elf right behind the counter Bayside Motors. Just get close enough to it, and it will automatically count as found.
Elf 2 Location

Avoid the Winterfest Teleporter for now, let's grab all of the ones in the immediate vicinity first. Right across the Dealership you'll see several basketball and tennis courts. Drive around there and you'll see the Elf on the path in between the courts.
Elf 3 Location

Keep driving down the road and you'll see the Police Department. The elf is on the roof, but this one might be a little complicated to grab. Here's how you'll do it:
- Go inside the building and climb to the second floor.
- Step outside to the helipad.
- You'll spot an AC attached to the wall. Use it to jump up to the roof.
- Once you're up, simply walk across the roof and grab the elf.
Elf 4 Location

At the next crossroads, go to the Wayfort Fire Station. The next elf in Driving Empire is on the roof of the building.
- Go to the right side of the fire station where you'll see red stairs.
- Climb up all the way to the roof.
- Jump across and grab the Elf.
Elf 5 Location

From the Fire Station, go down Xavier Avenue until you reach the building on fire. Next to it is a parking lot, hosting one more Driving Empire Elf. If you go around the corner, you can see the triangle indicating where it is, but drive back around to the parking lot entrance.
- Drive your car to the top floor of the parking lot.
- The Gingerbread Man Elf is to the left of the ramp.
Elf 6 Location

Go out the Parking Lot and into the Pacifica Street. Drive down to the fountain and you'll see the Elf on the ledge of the building to the right. You can grab it with a Helicopter, but you can also do it in a different way.
- Drive onto the highway behind the building.
- Jump onto the black ledge.
- From there, jump onto the ledge where the Elf is.
- Walk underneath and you'll get to grab it.
Elf 7 Location

Now go back down Pacifica Street and all the way to the other end until you reach the Drag Circuit. The Elf is located on the balcony behind the billboard. It's easy to reach, just climb onto the bleachers and grab it.
Elf 8 Location

After this one, head back down Xavier Avenue and turn right onto Madison Street (when you see the Wayfort Fire Station).
- When you see the glowing green gate, take the first left.
- After the first building, you'll see a decorated Christmas Tree on the right.
- The Elf is to the right of it, at the end of the alley behind the building.
Elf 9 Location

From this Elf in Driving Empire, get back onto the road and keep driving until the end. You'll see a construction site to the right of the road, and the Elf is sitting inside it. All you have to do is jump over the fence and you can pick it up.
Elf 10 Location

Exit the construction site and go down Delacroix Avenue. Ride down until you reach the bridge, but turn right before you cross it. Keep going until you reach the corner of Park Avenue and Carter Street. You'll recognize you are there by the Snowman in the park to your right. From here, do the following:
- Go down the alleyway across the street from the snowman.
- At the end, look around the building to the left and you'll see a snowman.
Elf 11 Location

Go across the bridge next to the alleyway, then turn right immediately once you cross to the other end.
- Once you reach a building with palm trees and a ramp going up, that's where you need to climb.
- Jump the ledge, then spawn a car so that you don't run up all of that distance on foot.
- The capybara Elf is on the far end of the roof.
Elf 12 Location

Take the ramp down, then turn left until the next crossroads. Here, take the Alaskan Way to the right and keep going until you see a building construction site on the right. The elf is all the way down the alley between the construction site and the building next to it.
Elf 13 Location

The next Elf is at the Outlaw Hideout next to the beach (the red icon), so make your way over there. Go in between the buildings and you'll see the Elf clearly on the balcony, but how do you climb up there? Well, by following these steps:
- Climb up the stairs on the right.
- Jump onto the AC, then onto the black ledge.
- Jump across to the balcony with the Elf to grab it.
Elf 14 Location

From the Hideout, head down the beach and onto the Pier. This Elf is pretty simple to find, just head down the pier and you'll see it somewhere in the middle of it.
Elf 15 Location

Teleport back to the Dealership, then head back across the street to the Racing Hub. There is another Elf in the parking lot to the left of it. Just look for a fountain, and you'll spot it!
Elf 16 Location

Head back to the Dealership again, then make your way to the left island, the one with the long serpentine road. You'll see a structure near the mountains. That is a tower and, you guessed it, there is an elf on top of it. If you have it already, we suggest using a Helicopter to quickly fly up and grab it. If you don't have it, you can take the car and make it a long climb.
Now go to the Driving Empire Winterfest Event Area. You can find the teleporter right outside the Dealership. There is a total of four Elves in this area that we need to get in order to obtain the Driving Empire Winter Sled!
Elf 17 Location

At the Winterfest event area, your first stop is the Christmas Park. Go through the gates past the snowman until you reach the house. The elf is sitting very patiently in front for you to scoop him up. Or just straight up hit him with your car. Whatever floats your boat, both work as a means of collection.
Elf 18 Location

Now go across the way to the Marry Beach area. Head to the docks on the right, and you'll see the Elf at the end. Pick him up and let's go, there's so many more elves to catch.
Elf 19 Location

Head to the other end of Marry Beach and you'll see a sign across the ice. It's slippery, so watch out for drifting. Drive towards it and you'll see the Santa's Shop sign, as well as an Elf to the left of it.
Elf 20 Location

Finally, to complete the Winterfest event section, as well as catch the final Elf in Driving Empire, head out onto the road and to the right.
- Keep driving until you reach the Lighthouse, it's just a straight line towards it.
- Once there, go to the parking lot, and you'll see the Elf between the Lighthouse and the small house.

If you keep falling through a building unable to reach an Elf, that just means the assets didn't load properly. In this case, we suggest leaving the game and then turning it back on. This has happened to us before as well, and leaving fixed the issue.
