Anime Multiverse Traits Tier List & Reroll Guide

Best of the best traits only!

Although powers are the main attraction in Anime Multiverse, traits aren't far behind as they essentially buff them. On top of this, getting the right traits for your power is much harder as they are harder to come by. So, we have made the Anime Multiverse traits tier list with the addition of a reroll guide to help you find the best ones.

Anime Multiverse traits are split into four categories based on their rarity: Mythic, Legendary, Epic, and Rare. The game allows you to stack two different traits on a single power, which means with the right combo, you can get the most broken power out there. To know more about what powers you should aim to get, look at our powers tier list post. Here are the best-ranked traits in Anime Multiverse.

TierTraits
SChampion, Etheral, Precision
ACripple, Fury, Sunder, Wraith
BArcane, Executioner, Force 3, Haste 3, Piercing 3
CForce 2, Haste 2, Piercing 2, Siphon
DForce 1, Piercing 1, Haste 1

S Tier - Best Traits in Anime Multiverse

With 0.1% roll chances, it's a no-brainer that Champion is the best trait you can get in Anime Multiverse. It increases damage by a whopping 275%, but that comes at a cost of a 50% decrease in span time. The latter can somewhat be canceled if you manage to get Fury or any version of Haste,

TraitRarityDescription
Champion (0.1%)Mythic+ 275% Damage
+ 25% Penetration
- 50% increase in spawn time
Etheral (0.175%)Mythic+ 25% Damage
+ 15% Penetration
+ 20% decrease in spawn time
Precision (0.375%)Mythic+ 45% increase in critical rate
+ 0.5x increase in critical damage

A Tier

TraitRarityDescription
Cripple (3.5%)Legendary+ 30% Boost damage to Shattered Enemies
+ 1.25x Damage over time (DoT)
Fury (1.85%)Legendary+ 25% Decrease in spawn time
Sunder (0.5%)Mythic+ 12.5% Damage
+ 75% Penetration
Wraith (4.5%)Legendary+ 30% Boost damage to all bosses

Despite being a Mythic trait, Sunder is not as powerful as Cripple or Wraith, and that's why it's in the A tier. But if you have a penetrative power, equipping Cripple with it can come in clutch.

B Tier

TraitRarityDescription
Arcane (2.5%)Legendary+ 35% Mana regeneration
+ 10% decrease in Mana consumed
Executioner (6%)Epic+ 20% Damage boost when enemy HP is below 30%
Force 3 (5.5%)Epic+ 15% Damage
Haste 3 (5.5%)Epic+ 15% Decrease in spawn time
Piercing 3 (5.5%)Epic+ 25% Increase in penetration

In the B Tier, the Executioner is the best trait, allowing you to finish enemies. Arcane can also be useful, especially if you have unlocked enough power slots, as they can deplete your Mana quickly.

C Tier

TraitRarityDescription
Force 2 (8%)Rare+ 10% Damage
Piercing 2 (8%)Rare+ 15% Increase in Penetration
Siphon (7%)Epic+ 35% XP boost
Haste 2 (8%)Rare+ 7.5% Decrease in Spawn time
Force 1 (11%)Rare+ 5% Damage

Force 2 and Siphon are the only traits I'd suggest you have, as the rest of them in this tier don't pack much punch.

D tier

Although D-tier traits are not great and should be avoided, they can make a difference when you start, especially Force 1. This doesn't mean you should stick with them; instead, re-roll after you have stacked enough trait shards.

  • Force 1 (11%) - Increases damage by 5%
  • Piercing 1 (11%) - Increases penetration by 10%
  • Haste 1 (11%) - Decreases spawn time by 5%

When to Reroll Traits in Anime Multiverse

Knowing when to reroll is important, as sometimes having an average trait is better than trying to get the best ones. If you're low on Shards, it's best to keep whatever trait you have instead of burning through your stack for an incredibly low chance of getting the best ones.

Having said that, you should take a risk if you have enough Shards to play with. Note that Trait Shards are hard to obtain, so use them strategically. You can farm Trait Shards by completing quests and playing the tower game mode.
